Uhm slick. I'm guessing you don't know much about insurance adjusters. They negotiate the claims, not sell the policies. And they work in all fields, homeowners, health-care, auto.

I actually do know that, CUDA.....I found it amusing that Pud thought such employment gave him some sort of insight into healthcare(which rarely uses adjustors).

Now, back to healthcare, CUDA......do you ever know the exact details of the coming year's health policy prior to the annual sign-up period?

please, anyone, tell me how this post either deals with healthcare issues, or in any way elevates the discourse here.Hell, I had to go back and double check whether Slappy had actually posted this into a healthcare thread. It does give someone who has the knowledge/education/training to "legally" comprehend terms,conditions, exclusions and endorsements of the contract/policy. Something you lack Slick.
So how many times did ya shove that policy back at them and go get your own health insurance?

I certainly understand why you pay a lawyer to read it for you, as all contracts/policies used defined legal terms.....a method, you're not accustomed to....
