Remember what happens when no one is armed?

Norway?.....

Canada got spanked recently (still laughing!)

Bloomberg is an utter idiot, a hater of all that is free.
A Jewish fascist, more like a NAZI than not.

If not for lies the Libtards would have little to talk about.

True that HH.

well, Slick knows enough to know that Canada isn't 'unarmed'(per capita gun ownership exceeds US, but so does the level of regulation).

Yup.
We have shit loads of guns up here. We aren't 'unarmed' by any sense of the imagination. The average Canadian is absolutely entitled to own a gun if he or she wants to. Easily, about a third of the people I know own guns.
The difference is, as Canadians, we're not completely stupid about gun ownership.

Pudman and Nappy-Boy just don't what the fuck they're talking about.
Fact.

Really? "exceeds US"? Where'd ya pull that little piece of crap info from?

Read this below...and tell us how you came up with that there declaration above?
http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/onli ... nr-eng.htm
This states all person's in possession of a fire arm must have a license. It also states
that Canada pretty much gave up on long gun registration.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_of_ ... by_country
"Despite concerns that it contains systematic errors, the Small Arms Survey 2007,[3] provides an estimate of the total number of known civilian-owned guns in a country per 100 people of that country."

Then, ya factor in that the majority of "old guns" in the US, those manufactured/imported/sold prior to 1968, when registration was not a requirement and I ask you again.... Where'd ya pull that little piece of crap info from?

Well?

Well, this article states, and cites data, that Canadian per capita long gun ownership is CLOSE to that of the US
http://www.guncite.com/journals/dkcgc.html

. Was trying to find an older set of figures that showed PERCENTAGE of the Canadian population which owns firearms, and it exceeds the US. So, if you look at sheer total numbers, the US wins, because we are more likely to have persons owning lots of guns(as Pud cites-legacy stuff, etc, along with more recent purchases), but Canada finds gun ownership a bit more common than in the US overall.

I don't see anything in the link you provided supporting what you stated.
I don't see any numbers in it either or a process to calculate them.

Nobody can calculate that. The reason's I mentioned and you called "legacy", is the why of that.
