In terms of their "redeeming" character... I agree.
However, I'm on the fence as to their value...sorta like?

hmm, to tie the two together, I wonder what the survival rate was for indentured servants in the Virginia and Carolina colonies. I wonder how many children died in the holds of wooden ships. At least when THEY made it here, they were welcomed, and not greeted by hordes of assholes. And yes, both groups were faced with SOME level of nastiness, but this recent bit ought to embarass any right-thinking American.

Well, Slick...I believe I'm a "right" (conservative) American.
Those folks invading our country have as much "right" as the Russians do in the Ukraine.

I don't argue that immigrants are what made this country....back in the day, when it was "unsettled" and under populated.
However that "discussion/argument" was "settled" before WWII.

What is relevant/pertinent is that you're running out of "feather heads" and the "ignorant" to vote for your party.
What's really "pandemic/epidemic/telling is you're running out of folks to pay for your follies.

You'll realize that this fall and in 2016.
