Slick I appreciate you taking the time to give me your opinions and insight on these subjects.
Now we have demonstrable evidence that if you try to lead from behind, eventually the guys up front will stop looking back for instructions.
Government-coerced expression is a feature of dictatorships that has no place in a free country

Sanders did VERY well in the last town hall, and if you ask me he won the debate last night.
Sanders is clearly trying to take America in the direction that it must - and inevitably will - go in order to survive as a nation and to keep in step with the rest of the 1st world nations.
The problem I see is this: He wants to move too quickly. There's simply no way he could implement that level of reform in a single term as President. There are just too many Puds and Slappys out there who are willing to sacrifice America. Realistically, for Sanders to achieve his goals he will have to serve two terms and work his ass off the entire time. If Sanders wins he will be 75 years old when he becomes President and 83 if he serves two terms. At that age will he be able to stand up to the riggers of being President of the United States for 8 years? We're not talking a 9 to 5 job here.
Now don't get me wrong, the more I watch and listen to Sanders the more I like him.
But I find myself wondering if the President of the United States is going to be taking a lot of naps. ;)

if you listen to Bernie, he isn't promising 'quickly'.....he is promising to tirelessly work to build a sufficient base to DEMAND a change.
