I do have the courage of convictions enough to place wagers.......hell, I've done so at over 25 racetracks that I can think of.

Maryland to reportedly abandon $125M ObamaCare exchange for new system
With just days to go before open enrollment ends on March 31, Maryland officials are reportedly planning to abandon its glitch-ridden ObamaCare website and replace the health exchange with technology from Connecticut’s marketplace.

Just another example of the wheels falling off the wagon....you can bet on it.

Re: Three days..Three weeks..Three months..
some news flash. A lot of states just went with the National Exchange, many(such as Maryland) out of frugality and also the time constraints upon setting up a State Exchange. Delaware did likewise. In fact, more states than were forseen did so, which is why the National Exchange got so clogged up. The ideal implementation of the ACA was for ALL states to run State Exchanges. Eventually, that will likely be the case. Thanks for illustrating, yet again, the 'fix it versus scrap it' mentality that most of your fellow citizens wish to see. I note that nowhere does Maryland suggest NOT participating, nor do I hear any local calls for getting rid of the ACA(except for right-wing loons, who are in a distinct minority up here in civilization).
Oh, and despite all the issues, I note that we passed the 6 million enrollee mark yesterday.
