Well i was going to go with a supermarine kit on account of the tail but it doesnt seem to belong to them with any pics i have seen

Well.....Have to say, ive never heard of the thing..had to blatantly google the spec to find it, which I consider cheating, so ill keep stum
not a lavochkin, Fatman, but like you, the tail said spitfire to me and the nose was saying half heinkel half spit half WTF???.. (ok my maths sucks)
