Daii spelled it out. The matter isn't whether you are educating people in a certain practice(the details of which, or fine points thereof I have no clue), but teaching them to do safely something they are already doing. The article really doesn't spell that out, but I suspect that the latter was probably the case. Do I think homosexuality is immoral? No.

It has to do with age, period. I don't care if someone wants to suck a cock. Hell, I've been a lesbian since I was a little girl. The point is that shit that is being discussed with underage kids (as shown in that pamphlet) is wrong. On all levels. When they turn 18 let them fist themselves till they giggle like Yellow77.
