I'd disagree Fats. They are simply adapting existing law to a new group of citizens(who, by the way, THEY brought in after conquering their lands, and then needing labor after WWII). Seriously, the article shows nothing beyond allowing a new type of religious determination of Estate planning into the law. Some of you folks make it sound like they are adopting Sharia as the new Criminal Code, or something......or even inferring that this action could lead to such. That is ludicrous, and more than a bit paranoid.
