well, I could have called it, 'being cheapskates', but the intent was the same....to save MD short-term money and thanks for illustrating the last-minute nature of the problems that hit the Federal exchanges.

Funny too, how DH comes here with some real intelligence and a real opinion, coupled with legible English sentences, and you treat his personal decision not to spend excess retirement time debating here as some sort of vindication. Odd, I didn't take it personally......I see his point a lot of days.
