Blaming the "Tea Party" is a political expedient to try and "Kill We The People"
off and end the movement. We will survive and knock off more Democrats, with a voting booth.

So much dissinformation is running around. Seems the shooter was pissed
because Rep. Gabrielle Giffords failed to answer his inane question a few years back
and was plotting revenge.
It is looking like Jared L. Loughner was at least a few fries short of a happy meal
and a Timothy McVeigh wannabe. You can not stop assholes like that in a free society.
That's why the Democrats want to stomp on out freedom, they fear a free people.
Sadly no one was armed in that crowd, no one was able to shoot the asshole.
We need not enact more useless gun controls, we need more armed people
to help curb the monsters like Jared L. Loughner.

however, we must NEVER waste a good crisis.
Step one, ban more guns, step two, ban speech so some maniac will never hear opposing political views.
Dont forget Hinkley attacked Reagan with a .22 revolver and we got the Brady bill ban on assault rifles and high capacity magazines.

Today FCC steps in to ban opposing political speech except for a two week period prior to elections.
Its totally different when Palin says we need to target these liberals..cause when Obama says “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” or accuses those bitter bible clinging gun lovers that actually defuses crazy people.

Perhaps, if Arizona didn't have to spend so much money on illegal immigration and it's drain on available resources.....they might have had enough dough, to take care of the "mental case"?

It seems like Arizona maybe doing the "smart thing" by letting the Fed's prosecute this despicable act.....that way the Fed's eat the cost and the incarceration expenses....Finally, Pa. pays up...

You're probably right. The illegals were definitely responsible for one of the county hospitals being shut down. And it doesn't matter which city in the country it is, there can always be more funding to help those with mental issues.

As an aside, I was driving at 11 a.m. today which is when there was to be a moment of silence for Rep. Giffords and those that were killed and wounded. I turned off Howard Stern (during a good part I might add) and sat there in traffic sending my best vibes out into the great void. While I didn't like Giffords' politics I am horrified that someone shot her. While his motivation may be political, the odds are that he was just a whackjob who had his own political beliefs. It doesn't even mean that the shooting was politically motivated. Plenty of people who knew the guy told the cops that he was bonafide crazy. At this stage of the game I don't think Giffords would care what his motivation was, nor would the dead.

I promise that any member of either party that uses this tragedy to facilitate their political agenda I will be the first to call their offices and tell their secretaries (cuz you never get to speak to them in person) that I will not stand for anything but true mourning over what has happened. Knee jerk reactions are always the worst ones. Remember the Brady Bill that banned "assault weapons"? Brady was shot with a .22 pistol. How do the two equate? They don't, but political douchebags jump on the bandwagon and further their agendas at someone elses expense. In the case of the Brady Bill it was Jim Brady who paid the price. I have to wonder if in the whole scheme of things karma allowed him to get shot because in the future he was going to be part of gun banning.

Something to think about. Only if you're a spiritual kind of person like I am.

"A high school friend of Loughner, Caitie Parker, has given a detailed account of his personality and background on her Twitter page over the past few days. According to Parker, Loughner had "a lot of friends until he got alcohol poisoning in ‘06" and dropped out of high school.

She described him as "left wing" and "quite liberal" and "oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy." Parker described him as a "pot head" who was into rock music, though she hadn't seen him since 2007.

"I think he slowly descended in a psychotic break. Something in him snapped. He wasn't always like this," she wrote."

Seems he was in Callmesick's court politically.
It appears he tried to kill Giffords because she refused
to answer one of his whack job questions
and was too conservative for him.
Damn, a Liberal murderer. Maybe he worshiped Teddy Kennedy (a fellow liberal murderer)!

I don't think that's the case. All crazy feckers have some sort of political beliefs. It turned out this guy was left to the point of communism. But ultimately the guy was a whack job to the nth degree.

That doesn't change the fact that Pelosi and some of the others are as left wing as this crazy fecker was.
