I wouldn't do so, unless they whined about their job. Mine never have, and yes, I do have friends who are cops, firemen and EMTs. All would frown about any male friend who 'whispered in their ear' however.....

I'm in N.E. Texas....

I grill year round...less in the winter...to hard to keep the temp's right...
When it comes to steak...hotter the temp, the better.
Here's a quickie method fer you pilgrims.....
Get ya an Inch and a half Porterhouse Steak or several....
Get ya a couple of bags of "Jack Daniels Mesquite Marinade"
and throw'em inside...for 24 to 36 hours...cook them fast and hot.
Try it, you'll Thank me later......
