What status quo they didnt have a sense of land owner ship so.... cant take what they didnt have

doesn't really address my point, Fats, except to demonstrate the assumption that Western values are inherently superior and trump those of native peoples. Still doesn't avoid the core point that we are ALL immigrants, at some point in our familial histories.
