If we have to spend it, I say give it ALL to Israel and fuck the rest of 'em.frankly, most of that money we spend on foreign aid doesn't go to Chad, Yemen or Somalia. It goes, to a great extent to Israel, Afghanistan, Iraq and Colombia, in roughly that order. The rest of what we spend is, comparatively, chump change.
