Are these teachers being given a choice? Yes
Are they even being asked if they want to be armed? Yes
Will teachers who don't want to be armed lose their jobs? No
What about older teachers who can't pass the physical training? Will they be fired? No
What about handicapped teachers? Will they be fired? No
What if a teacher's religious beliefs doesn't allow it? Will they be fired? No
Is every teacher going to be rigorously tested for mental illness? Yes, they have to run a mental marathon.
What if a teacher fails the shooting training? Will they be fired? No
What if a teacher is afraid of guns? Will they be fired? No, they will not be forced to fire.
