So...my disingenuous friends? You don't want "criminal mental cases" to have 20-30 round magazines to kill 20-30 kids and adults. Though, it's ok if them "mental cases" do it 6-8-10 rounds at a time, then reload. So, the casualties are reduced? Maybe, by a third? Maybe, not at all.
