A 777 out of fuel, or having dumped it could have
landed on a 1,000 M runway.
Over half of the max gross takeoff weight is fuel.
Not to say it would be an easy landing. Nope.
But a good pilot could pull it off.
Add a head wind and the landing might be easy.

I do indeed.

Truth is indeed much much stranger than fiction, even fiction made up by the most creative conspiracy theorists.

Esp if you believe the official version of truth.

New theory that I read today:

http://www.voltairenet.org/local/cache- ... -d2df4.jpg

Apparently all those chinese dudes who filed the patent were on the flight.

Now the patent belongs solely to the company that they worked for: freescale semiconductors inc in Tx, belonging to blackstone inc & the carlyle group. uh huh

Considerable effort was made by the Russians in Ukraine...looking for the plane and that is laudable too....

The biggest question is?
How many $ is Australia willing to spend on this mystery adventure?
MH370 HUNT THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN AVIATION HISTORY

As the hunt for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 continues, it has already become "the most expensive" in aviation history, and "experts [predict] costs could reach hundreds of millions of pounds."

breitbart is so heavily laden with advertizing as to be usless.
I think that is the last time I attempt to follow a link there.

In your face advertizing will be the death of the internet.
