I don't mean to blow no bubbles yer direction...and I will take a gander at yer suggestion....I got one fer you....Google "Bill Gates" and see how all of what you an Slick have mentioned.....held him back from prosperity....and the funny thing was, still is, he ain't no genius about computers....but he do know now how to sell that there "software"......apparently, he done spent most of his time making a nickel and not crying about it.......and that there seems to be what most successful folks do....So to put that in simple "furener" terms....So them what has a nickel spends their time on they own bidness, and stays the hell out of everbody elses bidness.....and that there is the "Merican Dream".....

Here be a lil info on me...and its a tickle....I went to High School in Fairfax, Virginia....Lee High School to be exact...the old "Blue&Gray"....did a lot a fishin in Burke Lake...an all of that was 40+ years ago...I does appreciate your recognizing my higher education.....and worldly understanding....damn, I sure miss all the visits to Interarms (now Interarmco) over in Alexandria....are they still there?

How about that "cap n trade" bill....and all the wonderful ways that it benefits the poor and unemployed? What I like about it most? Certainly the higher costs of American goods abroad....and resultant market loss...ya know the chineese really deserve a larger share of the world market....they have been waiting patiently for centuries....I wonder what kinda of "Green Plan" they got? What sorta "Health Care"? I say we trade them Pelosi for some of them "wicker finger traps"....now, thats a fair trade....cuz, we can always use them finger traps....for something........

actually, I'm over on the Eastern Shore, so avoid greater DC, by and large. Hell, I avoid Richmond and Norfolk, too. Give me the bay, ocean, marshes and that sort of stuff. I will kill for crabs and scallops, and fish pretty seriously. I guess it's in the blood, my people have been over on that side for around 350 years.

go feck yerself. I was educated in New England, and last I looked, the place in VA is about 4 miles from falling off the East Coast, although decidedly Southern. I load up on all sorts of southern goodies down there, from pecans and ham to crabmeat and peanuts.Anyway, trying to maintain a society wherein my grandchildren don't have to pay bodyguards and hide from the suffering masses does not equal 'socialistic tendencies'. It's called fairness and self-preservation, mixed in equal parts.

"East coast douche bag" = Callmeslick I can see a little humor in that...

"Ruggbutt" = "ShagCarpet" and I can see a little humor in that as well...

"Pudfark" = "Blue ribbon booger flicker" just a way to flip folks off and book mark'em at the same time.

"DarkHorse" = "Saddle up, Pilgrims" and "forward hoe"

I do get such a chuckle from some of the folks here....
