Now that's a hell of an explanation for piss poor public conduct......Blame it on Biden, blame it on the steel workers and your perception of their vocabulary....and then tie it into a little bow and say....I thought the camera's were off......Yup, predictable behavior from a politician...blame everybody but yourself....
