I guess they don't know about Traffic signals or Stop signs in China. but I must admit I particularly like the people standing in the middle of the intersections

Most of those Chineese are driving their first car or scooter.
Russia has the same problems.
Roads were not designed for motor vehicles and
electric or fixed signals are non existant.
Note the trees in the roads!
China of only a few years ago was mostly foot or bicycle transportation.
