I got in trouble over one of those damn things.

I was arming the shit on the wings and the pilot started fucking with the prop pitch. He was SUPPOSED to have both his hands on flight helmet and NOT be fucking with shit while we doing our thing. The prop blast was knocking the HELL of us as he was going into BETA ( reverse pitch ) with it. I got his attention by reaching through the window and grabbing him by the collar and shaking the shit out of him.

He went to the XO after his flight and the XO told him he was damn lucky the "ordies" didn't kill him.

I got my ass chewed in private for doing what I did, but that was the end of it.

Hell of a bird.
