Pentagon, NASA experts say mystery plume was plane
The Pentagon and NASA experts concluded Wednesday that an airliner likely caused a billowing contrail off Southern California that resembled a missile plume illuminated by the setting sun.

Complete and total fabrication of bull shit. Any aircraft flying at that altitude and airspeed, commercial or not, would have to have filed a flight plan under IFR rules. Further, if it were a "military" flight, it would be known. The flight path was from West to East, meaning that it was either an International Flight or one probably originating from Hawaii. In any case, or either case, a flight plan would exist. The military and nasa are admitting, falsely, that we are all screwed and they are not doing there job, or they are lying. This incident is a horrendous breach of security or a calculated lie and the media is complicit.
Any other pilots out there? Care to shoot down what I have said?
