"Under a private arrangement, Rep. James Clyburn (right) will receive an undefined No. 3 position in the new Democratic House minority, allowing Rep. Steny Hoyer (left) to become 2nd in command and setting up Nancy Pelosi to remain in the party's top position"
They have no clue as to why they got STOMPED on.
