to some extent. A much better point would be that we should stay the fuck out of the whole mess and let them immolate one another. At least some of the parties involved will be buying arms from us, and most of the rest will be smuggling them in from us via the black market. Either way, business will pick up. Yes, I'm being sarcastic, but then again, that was the driving principle behind the US foreign policy from the Civil War
