Official: North Korea targets South Korea in propaganda drive

(CNN) -- North Korea is retaliating for a November artillery attack -- with an onslaught of faxes to South Korea, an official said Wednesday.
Earlier this month, faxes started arriving at South Korean companies, South Korean Unification Ministry deputy spokeswoman Lee Jong-joo said Wednesday. The faxes blame South Korea for the November 23 artillery attack on Yeonpyeong Island.

UPDATE:

It seems like S.Korea was prepared for this dastardly attack on their office equipment by the North Koreans. Rumor has it, the toner supplies are coming through and being stock piled.
We now have confirmation that N.Korea has in fact, run out of quarters and has called off the attack. Reliable sources in the North state that the North Korean Government will now, drop a Nuclear Weapon of Mass Destruction, if the South will pay the shipping....
