Well hiow is this retarded drinking laws here, if you on a pushbike and hold a drivers license if you blow over .05 its gone, however if you dont hold a license then there is no penalty

Austin, that left threaded liberal bastion of free-think situated in lovely Travis County.
My namesakes owned that whole damn county in the 1850's. Guess they should have been more particular about who they sold it to. I often wonder what the straight laced old Swedes would think if they saw it now.
The clowns got the horse and the mule out of the animal impound lot this morning. The incident made the Saturday AM news show.
I guess after a week in the deep freeze, nothing more noteworthy was available to waste airtime on.
