Didn't the Dems already try thatwe can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,

I've got an idea to fight homelessness.
Since the housing prices always climb', give them homeless loans against the mortgage of their house. If they can't pay the bank just has to sell the house at a better price that they bought it and still make a profit.
