Always been one of my "dream planes" that I'd like to fly before I die.

She came along too late in the war to do much of anything, and then jets transitioned over from prop a/c so she's just a footnote in history. And sexy beast.

I'd bet it was one tricky SOB to fly on one engine....and land.
It does have some beautiful lines to it.....

Marine RADAR versions were used in Korea and
scored a few kills.
Hot and fast machine, the fastest of the piston Cats (un modified that is).
