If you notice the last paragraph, the Sheriff of Pinal county says:

“It’s incredibly frustrating for law enforcement to see the people who are supposed to looking out for the security of our nation’s borders release a known criminal, who effortlessly makes his way back to Pinal County; not to take the jobs American’s don’t want, but to smuggle the worst drugs out there. I’m sure our citizens must feel the same way.”

thanks for getting the point which clearly eluded Ruggbutt. Hell, I would bet there are at least 6 or 10 guys in Philly alone, and probably more than one downtown in Reading sitting on that much dope. All US citizens. In fact, I could take Rugg to an old factory town in Connecticut in which 2 million bucks worth passes through the safe houses and cut rooms on a regular basis, and has for a generation or more. So, no, Ruggie, I don't approve of anyone taking the downtown drive, but fact is, lots of folks do, and it's a big problem that is hardly caused or even greatly affected by illegal Mexicans. Illegal Chinese, now that's a different story......

meanwhile, while Ruggie points to the rantings of an elected official at the end of the piece, the real story is much earlier. The reason why the guy was routinely deported earlier in the month:"Sheriff's spokesman Elias Johnson said Tuesday that the man wasn't identified as a main target, and that there wasn't enough evidence to federally charge him at the time" So, the big story is that he got busted, couldn't be charged under Arizona law for anything, got sent back to Mexico and returned. This time, he got caught with a load of drugs(real crap drugs, for all you savants out there, note the street value for weight), in an operation that involved Federal
authorities(Immigration, no less, those incompetents!), and is off to jail for a bit. This seems sort of like how it's all supposed to play out, yet somehow Faux News gets dopes like Ruggie all wee-wee'd up over a situation where the system worked. Amazing.

How was the border patrol dude that just got convicted and will spend a few months locked up because he was a bit to rough lifting a criminal up mind you there were no marks, nerve damage etc on the bloke
