Here, in the "colonies", we call that a little "ad valorem" road tax....Probably what is coming next for the "Subjects" is a "prorata share" imposed for the double decker public transport drivers...camera speed tickets...with the proceeds donated/"earmarked" for the NHS....
All of this coming soon to America and brought about by the new "Transformation".....
