old predictions and all.

quite a while back, when the DJIJ was around 10,000, I predicted, in a thread to Dawg, that we'd see the Dow around 13,000 by the New Hampshire primary. Now, they went and screwed with my prediction, because at the time, the primary was scheduled for
Feb 21st(tomorrow), but they moved it up to January afterward. Still, here we are, and what is the Dow? 12,974. Pretty close, huh?
Now, I have also made another prediction, along with a wager, which only DarkHorse took me up on. How does that relate to the Dow? Read this article, and, at least some of you, weep:

by the way, I read three different analysts last week state that the reason Congress is starting to cave to Obama on smaller items like Payroll Tax cut and Unemployment extensions is that they are sensing an Obama win and now they are focusing on saving their own jobs.........
