If anything close to that, happened to any of my kids, it would not be on the internet full stop, as a news item, never mind a GB piece.

I agree with soapy. That said, good that there were no charges against the dad.

I have always had a curious interest about those who fail to recognize?
The inherent risks of bad behavior and unlawful conduct.
And, the not often enough, immediate consequences.

That family is forever ruined.

Nic, my point is exactly what I said.
My point is not applicable to you or the other posters above.
My comment was more relational to "Poetic Justice" and some folks
inability to understand it. You seem to understand it. :)

Straight off Huckabees gacebook feed
Does “self-defense” extend to defending your children? It does in Texas. Details next…In the town of Shiner, Texas, a 47-year-old ranch worker named Jesus Mora Flores was spotted forcibly carrying the ranch owner’s five-year-old daughter into the woods. Someone told her dad, who rushed to the scene and caught Flores half-naked and holding his screaming little girl down. The dad pulled Flores off and punched him in the head several times before calling 911. The recording of the call showed that he was distraught and hadn’t meant to kill Flores, but he did die from the beating. It sparked a big debate. Some people wanted the dad prosecuted, calling his actions “abominable.” But the town rallied in support. Now, it’s official. A grand jury declined to indict him. They say under the law, deadly force is justified to stop a sexual assault. So if you value your life in Texas, you keep your hands off other people – and their children.

My point exactly Fats.

I believe that Rugg holds with it as well.
Rugg's state has certainly proved it.

This shit/crap about calling for help, then waiting for it, is flat out wrong.
Both morally and legally wrong.

Others, around here, would have you believe, that yer supposed to "roll over"
and take it like a pussy. I agree, that is all some of them are capable of doing.
What pisses me and some others off?
The pussies want to mandate it for all.
Why?
Because they are embarrassed "test tube babies" who can't get it up, can't get it out
and can't get it in. So, neither can anybody else.

Fats, you'd make a fine Texan...or Arizonian. :)
