So, the average voter has no I.D.
More likely the average Democrat voter has no I.D.E.A.
You folks would win the election for sure?
If folks who had I.D. were not allowed to vote.
Old Pudfark sez: " Sub-Standard Citizens for America, Not. "

please define "Average Voter"
because I would put money on the fact that the "Average Voter" already has some form of ID. since the "Average" Citizen is required to carry it in-case they get detained by the "Average" law enforcement official

Well, it seems like R_D will be able to vote in this election...just needs
to mosey on down to Pa. Next election, he can vote by mail.
Must be less fraudulent and more accurate?
To vote, without I.D.
That being the case?
All of China should be eligible.
The Taliban and the other terrorists.
This is the United States.
It should be a global vote. Right?

How does anyone in society get by w/out ID? You need one to cash a check, even a gubmint check. Slick is a dumbfuck for even thinking this is a good idea.

welcome to the US. A lot of people in urban areas here in the East have no photo ID. Further, getting one in PA requires a birth certificate for the voting ID, and if you are over 50 and black, that can be impossible to get. You see, if they had come up with a reasonable plan and set the effective date 4 years out, virtually no one would have complained. But, they passed the bill in June for a November election with no plan to address the 760,000 people without valid ID who are registered voters. That wasn't an accident, a fact which slipped out when the Senate leader told a GOP gathering that the new law would 'win Pennsylvania for Romney'.

Oh...I get it..760,000 non-functional people without photo I.D.
None of them can cash a check, open a bank account or apply for gubmint assistance.

Really, Slick...ya gotta be shit'n everybody.

and don't forget drive to work or anyplace else they need to go.
My mother in law is 75 years old, she was born in a little town by the Canadian border out side of Spokane WA called Deer Park in a Hospital that no longer exists, she's never driven a day in her life, she walks everywhere, and yet she has a photo ID. Go figure

yup, they cash checks(at a premium at check cashing joints), many have bank accounts(I have never had to show photo ID to open any of my 6 bank accounts) and I presume they can apply for government assistance, but have no details on that.
