I open up my hotmail account and on the right-hand side there is an advertisement from "lowermybills.com" using a fucking caveman to represent either a "homeowner", the "experts" informing the public, or the U.S. Government, or is it an Alabama resident?

If whatever moron is responsible for this ad can get paid and get space on a Microsoft website anyone with a lemonade stand should be able to also right?
