Obama--rated the 4th best president ever???

Don't know who figured this out, but..according to those so called "opinion polls"...
... after less than 4 years no less....
Obama has been rated the 4th best president ever:
Reagan and 9 others tied for first,
15 presidents tied for second,
and 18 other presidents tied for third.
Obama came in fourth!

It just amazes me how people think and what they think?
I understand ignorance in folks, it's the willful stupidity, I don't.
