how they gonna cover those instances where it wasn't a "crime of passion"?

How's about mental evals on them who
don't own guns and ammo?
IMO they nutty too.
Matter of fact, those without place a greater drain on the system as victims.
They should be required to carry a million dollar health and burial policy for
not being able/capable of caring for themselves. This policy should be carried on the person at all times or they can opt to have the policy number and dates tattooed on their foreheads in lieu of actual possession.
That's fair and makes just as much sense....
