ummm, moron, they only dropped the two provisions out of 7, and both were things I clearly stated were idiotic. The responsibility bill was so vague that it would have turned into a lawsuit/prosecution festival, and the campus regs weren't necessary for the state to intervene into. The rest of the bill is intact, and seemingly headed for passage.

It's a start. Those were the two worst bills. The others haven't passed yet. We'll see.
