actually, quite the opposite. It leaves Colorado standing along with a few other states(soon to be joined by my home state)as the remaining beacons of sanity. And that is how the cowards in the Senate wish it to be: left to the States to legislate.

as I've said for years, far too many Dems are spineless. Not exactly much of a victory for the NRA if the rest of the bill passes, especially if 20 or more states enact strict assault weapons bans.

Especially, when local law enforcement folks....ain't gonna enforce it.
Just saying..........

they, as I said before, aren't going to prevent enforcement of Federal law. They are sworn to uphold it.

Not true anymore.
Proof: Weed and no Federal enforcement of it in Colorado.
Obama and Holder set the pace/precedent for ignoring the law.
I'm not trying to be contrary, just pointing out the obvious and how
it cuts both ways.
I warned ya about it months ago.
