I was a big Nolan Ryan fan and when he went to the Rangers I started watching a lot of their games.
It wasn't long before I realized that the Rangers optimized the style of baseball I like. They have a philosophy that they stick to through good times and bad.
Shut-down pitching with power hitting. :D
25 years later I'm still a Rangers fan.
(those 2 world series really hurt..... lol)

Now ..... on to the slaughter of those bean town cry babies!

no one is more shocked than I to see the BoSox in first place by a couple of games, despite not having 2/3 of the starting outfield, their 3rd baseman or closer in the lineup. Watch and be amazed, and thank you for providing an excuse to mock you when your boys fail miserably along the way!

Wow, Res.....this may be one of the most ill-advised taunt threads EVER!! Well, sir, not only have I been enjoying watching your 'boys', but also have gotten a regular view of your pitching coach, as he's made 4 trips to the mound already. 9-0 Sox in the freaking THIRD INNING!!! w00t!! Ya got yourself a juggernaut club there!

I had to check 3 web sites before I would believe that score.
I guess my boys really felt sorry for Boston and handed them a mercy win. ;)
You see, that's the kind of team they are. Always thinking about the poor and downtrodden.

mercy my ass.....the only mercy shown is when the Sox batters took goofball swings at Murphy's pitches, of course, with a 14 run lead by the 8th.......
