no heartburn, but I am astounded at such complete disregard for facts. First off, the President doesn't send Senate delegations. McCain and Graham are there, as both tend to do, because they have a very invasive view of US foreign policy. You may see a small parade of various camps over the coming months. Second, the idea of 'engineering' a civil war runs counter to the long-held beliefs of most all of Obama's core foreign policy advisors, which doesn't exactly jive with the idea. Finally, there seems to be no mention of Israeli influence over the situation, and trade with Israel DOES factor into the Egyptian economy. Once again(sigh) folks here looking for easy answers to complex matters.

Why mention israeli influence when we already know the B'nai B'rith controls the US administration. Ariel Sharon was even bold enough to admit it directly.

Israel has much less to do with it than the B'nai B'rith & wall street.

But if you want proof that israel controls the US, look no further than the "incident" involving the USS liberty and what came afterwards. I don't think I would be able to count how many countries they invaded for much less than that if for any reason at all.
