just saw an TV program....

...well, an 'info-mercial' really. I was scrolling through the channels to get ready for the football game,
and saw a show called: Get Ripped in 90 Days. Thought to myself: hell, back in the day I could do that in under an hour, with a bottle of good Bourbon, some hashish and whatever other heinous chemicals were on hand. And, all these folks on the show seemed so healthy, yet somehow, way too serious to be happy.....
ahh, on to football. Go 'Bama!!!
