Barely held on against the lowly Bills.
Barely, barely held on against the woeful Jets.

So Slick, tell me again about how the Pats are going to the Super Bowl.

well, first of all, they are STILL without a loss, two games in. As can be seen from those victories, they may indeed have injury and rookie issues to overcome, but the rest of their division is worse. Thus, while the rookies get on-the-job training from Brady(who was deadly accurate last night), the O-line is pretty formidable, and the injuries to Vereen, Gronk and Amendola will heal, and the Pats will win more easily, and since it matters to you, more stylishly. Come December, Bill will have a well-trained, fluid offense, and he clearly has the defense going in the right direction, although it always takes 6 games or so to get Wilfork into tip-top beast form, and from there, the Super Bowl will be very much attainable. I figure a regular season record of 12-4, ranked in the top 10 in defense, takeaways and maybe offense(a far different Pats team from recent years), and seeded #2.

Are you referring to the O-Line that couldn't hold for more than 3 seconds ...... against the Jets and the Bills! Brady has been forced to pass, and quickly, or he'll be eating dirt every third play.
Are you referring to the O-Line that can't open holes for the running game? Ridley has 80 yards. Total. In two games! Against the Jets and the Bills! 80 yards! And no TD's
Dude, the Pats O-Line is a mess!

really? And, that is why they rushed for 173 yards in week one, and another 70 last week, against what is a decent defensive front for the Jets, and to boot, relying on Ridley, who Belichek knows is fumble-prone, so they give him less chances than they do Vereen? Trust me, Brady has had plenty of time, if you actually watched the game and timed matters....the issue is that he(last week) was dealing with exactly one guy who knows the system(Edelman), and two rookies....one, who runs killer routes but has hands of concrete, and the other still isn't clear on the routes at all. They'll be fine, and they'll be deep into the playoff, and now, it seems they will go WAY farther than your pathetic mess of a rooting interest with the brain-dead coaching staff.

oh, and if the rookies don't start showing real promise by, say, week 6 or so, just watch who appears from the woodworks to play catch with Tommy B.
