sounds about right. But, good of you to keep a bottle of Tabasco around for him to get used to the concept!
(I have this stuff from Nicaragua which a friend in the import/export business out of NOLA had bottled and private-labeled. That crap is numbingly hot.)

I once had a bottle of Blair's 5 A.M.
I put 3 drops in a vat of spaggetti sauce and 1/2 the people at the table couldn't eat it!
