House Republicans are planning legislation next week to get some closeted information from the Obama Administration regarding Obamacare. The legislation, called the Exchange Information Disclosure Act, H.R. 3362, would require the Obama administration to release weekly reports stating how many unique website visitors used the HealthCare.gov website, how many new accounts were started, and how many enrollees there were in a qualified health plan, along with the level of their coverage. The legislation would also force the Administration to give a weekly update on how the fixes to the website were doing. These reports would continue through March 2015.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., poked a hole Sunday in the argument that the ObamaCare rollout is on the upswing and that Kentucky’s state-run program is a model of excellence, saying it mistakenly issued his son a Medicaid card.

Paul -- a doctor who left the medical profession to join Congress in 2010 and whose base Senate salary is $174,000 -- says he makes enough money that he doesn’t need Medicaid, which helps low-income families.

Nevertheless, the Kentucky exchange put his son into the Medicaid program after Paul went online to register him for ObamaCare, he said.

“I actually tried to get my son signed up through the Kentucky exchange, you know, that the Democrats have said is so good,” Paul told ABC’s “This Week,” while holding up what appeared to be Medicaid card. “We didn't try to get him Medicaid. I'm trying to pay for his insurance. But they automatically enrolled him in Medicaid.”

oh, it's going to be a banner year to NOT be a Conservative Republican. Not going to say 'liberal', because the vast preponderance of us are just sort of moderate. But, you can see the conservatives hitting the skids, acting out of sheer desperation to change voting laws, even trying to break California into 6 states. All the while, just sit back for a few years and watch Texas go Democratic, the nation elect another Democratic President and the Tea Party break the GOP into warring clusters of idiots.

NEARLY TWO THIRDS OF 2013 GOVERNMENT WASTE, FRAUD CAME FROM HHS

The estimated amount of taxpayer-funded payments that the federal government doled out through fraud, waste, and errors slightly decreased in 2013 to $106 billion from $108 billion the previous year, according to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

On Dec. 31, FederalTimes.com reported the estimated government-wide improper payments dollar figure for fiscal 2013, citing Frank Benenati, an OMB spokesman as the source.

Benenati did not provide a breakdown of the 2013 payment errors by government program, saying that information would not be available for weeks, according to the FederalTimes.com article.

However, an analysis of government financial data by Breitbart News found that the Department of U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) was the primary driving force behind all federal payments considered improper in fiscal 2013.

On Jan. 2, Breitbart News reported that HHS made an estimated $65.3 billion in payment errors that year.

The HHS improper payments amounted to 62 percent of all government-wide payment errors in 2013.
HHS was also the primary contributor to the estimated government-wide improper payments in 2012.
The $64.8 billion in mistakenly disbursed funds by HHS that year made up 60 percent of the total $108 billion in erroneous payments.

Hard to tell if you're forecasting rain...or...reign? Please to direct me to the "flood" of numbers and verifiable experiences of the ObamaCare recipients. Please to include number of "paid" enrolled folks and also the Medicaid enrolled. Please do not include Senator Rand Pauls child in the Medicaid stats.
