The above is from page six of the document....and it oughta "shrink yer balls" with it's implications.

Though, R_D's comment was funny....
You could also consider "Kalifornia" and the "nom de guerre" of Cletus van Damn.....
On a more serious note....this kind of shit, Nic pointed out, is cascading everywhere.....no immunity for anybody...example: R_D's statement about the "comedy channel" and his govt. blocking it.
