AFL not a promising start for my rooting interest....

home attendance=6700? Hell, my alma mater(a smaller college here in the states) draws THAT many for a game.

:lol: well, that explains it. Ten thousand would be a throng, there. Where do all those people at the Melbourne Cup races come from? Likely New Zealanders.

Yeah wouldnt stress mate the preseason is made for blooding young players look at us thursday night we only had 12 players from our premiership side playing and still bea Brisbane by over 130 points and throw in the fact that there is no grandfinal its just a round robin series this year its even more meh. And during the regular season we can get 80-90,000 rock up to a home and away game
