ummm, PROSECUTION is not investigation. And this guy clearly has no clue about either the events that were happening at the time, nor the results of the three investigations already held.

Here's what...after nearly sixty years...you've never understood?
There's a crime or indication that one occurred.
Then there's an investigation to ascertain/discover evidence of the "alleged" crime, if any?
If evidence exists and ya have a complainant/witness....charges maybe filed.
If charges are filed...then ya have the court thingy.
During the court thingy...if discovered, additional charges may be filed on them what were "accessories/co-suspects" and them
what hid/destroyed/obstructed any new discovered evidence.
Then...a judge or jury will adjudicate.

This is going to be a "process", as you well know....., your decision is whether....yer gonna cooperate or let it drag into the next two elections? That's a real bitch....right there. Cuz, if'n ya drag it out...there's a price...yer party and collaborators are gonna pay....? Then..if'n ya obstruct/obfuscate it into/past the Presidential Elections.....well Obama ain't gonna be in office to pardon yer criminals.
