In May, Obama complained about the structure of the Constitution stopping him from doing what he wanted.
So in other words it works
“There’s no doubt that there’s some folks who just really dislike me because they don’t like the idea of a black president.”
And here i was thinking that it was because he is pretty much the most inexperianced dude in office
