But that single receipt makes up just part of the more than $101,000 taxpayers paid for "in-flight services" – including food and liquor, for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's trips on Air Force jets over the last two years. That's almost $1,000 per week.

Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Judicial Watch, which investigates and prosecutes government corruption, show Pelosi incurred expenses of some $2.1 million for her use of Air Force jets for travel over that time.

"Speaker Pelosi has a history of wasting taxpayer funds with her boorish demands for military travel," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said today. "And these documents suggest the Speaker's congressional delegations are more about partying than anything else."

for once, I will agree with Pudfark....this sort of wasted cash is part of why the public is disgusted. It just isn't(as I suspect Pud would like to infer, and I KNOW Fox would like to infer) limited to Pelosi, or to Democrats. Multiply this sort of waste times 535 Congress-people who feel entitled to such excess, and you start talking about real, wasted money.

And when they get to the Supremes one or two should be hung from a light pole in front of the White House. It's time to send a message that we're fed up with this bullshit. Fact is that DNC are by far the worst abusers and hypocrites when it comes to stuff like this.

yesterday on CNN
I noticed one of the anchors had a cup of tea on his desktop while he read the prompter.
WTF? I've NEVER seen ANY anchor at CNN have anything other than type on their desk.
This was a large white mug with the tea bag (string, white paper label) hanging over the side?????? Subliminal message?? Accident? WTF
A tea bag?? Not a cup of coffee, an obvious tea drink! I've never known a tea drinking to leave the bag hanging in the drink after short steep period either.
