similarly, data show that the Party that is in place when a recession ends(in this case, Democrats) will stick with that party for 10-20 years. It will be interesting to see which model holds. Gelmen's numbers don't say one way or another(and link in the article speculates, though), but by alienating Hispanics so severely, the whole debate is moot. The GOP/Conservative brand is going on a 25 year slide.

Actually....Obama's manufactured border crisis may/will unite the majority of Hispanics...against your party. ;) Sorta? Glass half full or Glass half empty.....thingy.
