since the survey was of folks who qualified for Medicaid or had to purchase policies, Medicare is of no consequence. As for choice in ObamaCare, I had 14 different options when I signed up(not including dental riders). Medicaid even offers 3 or 4 provider plans in many states.Further, folks on Medicare have no choice, but Medicare. Further people have no choice but ObamaCare, that don't qualify for Medicare/Medicaid. So this article is proof of nothing and you are the same.
